Relocating to Nemuro
2011年4月、根室に移転。
「扇や」と言う店名は今は亡き店主の母親が昭和47年頃、現在の店舗の真向かいにあった根室駅前市場内で「お食事の店 扇や」と言う食堂を営んでおり、その店名を受け継ぎました。

Relocated to Atsubetsu Ward, Sapporo City in August 2008.
Started operations in Motomachi, Higashi-ku, Sapporo City.
Opened in November 2005 in Motomachi, Higashi-ku, Sapporo. In 2006, it received the Newcomer Award at the Nikkan Sports Sapporo Ramen Awards, and in 2007, it was awarded the Grand Prize in recognition of its significant contribution to establishing homemade noodles and tsukemen (dipping noodles) in Sapporo.
After that, our restaurant was featured on television and in many ramen cookbooks.
